Front of Home Lighting Grant Program

Block Club Activities & Improvements Grant Program

Home Improvement Programs

CARAG has partnered with the Housing Resource Center- Southside (722-7141) to administer the CARAG “1-3 Unit” Matching Deferred Loan and Historic Preservation Deferred Loan programs. However, CARAG is NOT taking new applications for these programs, as waiting lists currently exist.

36 th & Bryant Streetscape Grant Program

CARAG will provide up to $1,500 in matching grant program funds to encourage business and property owners at the 36 th & Bryant intersection to install improvements that beautify and add to the street life of the area. View the 36 th & Bryant Streetscape Matching Grant Program information.
